Women begin embracing the importance of loving yourself first. A lot of yall are looking for love in all the wrong places and within all the wrong people. If it only takes a "holiday" or just "one" day for a man to prove his love for you; then you've given him permission to take you and your love for granted the remaining 364 days. You deserve more than some flowers, candy or card.


Unfortunately some of yall that "boo" of yours uses your money to buy your "gifts". Don't get caught up in the repeated cycle of giving your heart, love, body, so freely to those that you can settle and lower your standards from accepting the minimal. ATTENTION..


Love yourself enough to identify what true love is and learn to discern what it is not. Your heart needs mending. Heart Detox!!
